Can I return a product I bought on Amazon?

What if the product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@temple-street.com with a photo. We will replace it or issue a refund within 2 business days.
Warranty
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes frame failures, hub joint failures, and fabric tears that are not caused by misuse.
It does not cover damage from overloading, misuse, or normal wear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@temple-street.com with your registration info and a photo. We respond within 2 business days. No return shipment required for warranty claims.
I did not register. Can I still claim warranty?
Yes. Register now at temple-street.com/register. If you have your Amazon order ID, we will timestamp the warranty from your original purchase date.

The LC100 and HC100 are rated to 275 lbs / 125 kg.
Is the fabric waterproof?
Water-resistant, not waterproof. It handles light rain. Dry fully before storage.
Can I replace the fabric or parts?
