Bought on Amazon?

Returns for Amazon orders are handled through Amazon's standard return process. Log into your Amazon account, go to 'Orders', and select 'Return or Replace Items.' Amazon's return window is 30 days from delivery.  Note: Temple Street does not control Amazon's return decisions. If your issue is a product defect, contact us directly — defects are handled under warranty, not Amazon's return policy.

Bought directly from us?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.  To start a return: 1. Email returns@temple-street.com with your order number and reason. 2. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions. 3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Returns Conditions

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer: a flat $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Defective or incorrect items are handled under warranty — no return shipment required

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or fails under normal use, that is a warranty issue, not a return. Email support@temple-street.com with a photo and your order or registration number. We will replace the part or the product. No return shipment required.

Exceptions

  • Used, washed, or worn products are not eligible for return
  • Products damaged by misuse or overloading are not eligible
  • Final sale items are non-refundable (stated clearly at time of purchase)
